Job requirements

The Commercial Manager serves as the financial arm of Pizza Hut UK & Ireland Operations. Working closely with the Equity Operations Manager, this role has full P&L accountability for the commercial health of our expanding and diversifying Equity estate (approximately 50 stores). In partnership with the Franchise Operations Manager, the Commercial Manager acts as a Business Partner to our Franchise estate (around 350 stores), driving commercial performance through strategic improvements and a clear strategic roadmap.

This role safeguards profitability and reports directly to the Head of Commercial Finance—an ex-BCG associate and former Strategy Manager at Manchester United who successfully joined through Movemeon. The Commercial Manager regularly collaborates with the Equity Operations Manager and Franchise Operations Manager and has significant exposure to key leadership figures, including the Chief Financial Officer, REX Director, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief People Officer.
