Job requirements:

This role reports directly to the Head of School and participates as a key member of the senior leadership team. The person leads the Business Office team in the financial and administrative management of the school, overseeing school facilities, security, health and safety and the coordination of capital and refurbishment projects. This person also coordinates extensive human resources duties and works at both an operational and strategic level using strong influencing skills, as well as managing budgets and using project management and commercial skills to embrace a culture of continuous improvement.

The candidate served as a Junior Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where they led multinational teams on consumer goods projects and drove impactful operational improvements. Following McKinsey, they worked as Strategic Planning Director at Coca-Cola, overseeing significant M&A efforts to strengthen market positioning. Subsequently, at Laureate International Universities, they spearheaded long-term strategic planning and led major transformation initiatives, achieving multimillion-dollar impacts. They demonstrated expertise in cross-functional leadership, capability building, and operational excellence.
