Launch Movemeon Exec Search - build an 8-figure business working with PE funds and leading Global Corporates

Movemeon is a tech-enabled global recruitment business. We work with leading PE funds, global enterprises, VC-backed scale-ups and consulting firms, and help them find the best strategic, transformation and commercial talent.

As Director of this new business line, you will be responsible for building out the Executive Search offering. This will involve developing the commercials, methodology of the end-to-end search process and most importantly, the client development.

Given you will be launching the new business offering, this role will be both entrepreneurial and business development-focused. As such, expect variety and extremely close engagement with clients to provide best in class service. We would expect the following to be important aspects of the role
The role will be based in London, given the Client base we have. We are a flexible company, providing hybrid work - most people in a similar role are in the office 2-3 days per week. There will likely be some travel with the role to other key markets (France, Germany, US).
