The Senior Manager of Organisational Development reports to the Director, Culture and Change. The Director of Culture and Change was previously an EY Consultant and then Head of Organisation Development at a major corporate.The role is responsible for delivering global organisational programmes and development, staying up-to-date with trends in the external market to help develop and progress the group-wide approach to culture and change at Liberty Global.The role acts as a key partner to the global HR community as well as to the global management teams, ensuring change programs are delivered against to strengthen our culture and capability across the Liberty Global group.The focus of the role is evolving, project managing and delivering agile global programmes across the footprint; additionally the holder supports various culture and change initiatives driven by the global team and will offer reporting and analytics support to the global team.
The candidate had two years of experience as Chief of Staff at Alpha FMC, where they led a £6M SaaS business acquisition, managed technical evaluations, and oversaw the integration of teams across London and Belgrade. Before this role, they worked as a management consultant at Alpha FMC, driving strategic initiatives in digital and operational transformation. Their career began at PwC, first in the Graduate Scheme and later as a Senior Associate in Technology and Operations, where they developed expertise in building and implementing complex operational frameworks.
