Glasses Direct was the first to take prescription eyewear online and the first to offer customers a completely free home trial service. In 2015 Glasses Direct was recognised as delivering the best e-commerce experience in the Retail Week Customer Experience Awards. It is also a Future Fifty company graduate recognised by the British Government for its growth and innovation in the optical market.
The Senior Business Analyst reports to the ex-BCG Head of Customer Experience and Analytics and play a crucial role in establishing MyOptique as a data-driven organisation. They have to develop dashboards and reports to support performance management and strategic decision-making, analyse marketing channels and site performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for product assortment, merchandising, and pricing strategies. The role also includes building and maintaining customer segmentation models for targeted CRM and experience optimisation, conducting A/B test analyses, and partnering across teams to promote an analytical approach.
An Imperial College Business School MBA graduate with a robust academic foundation. Formerly an Accenture consultant, where they developed advanced analytics tools for compliance, managed user testing for real-time data software, and led impactful training courses that improved client satisfaction. Previously served as a Reservoir Engineer at Seven Energy, where they built detailed simulation models and implemented automated reporting systems, achieving significant efficiency gains.
