• Our client is one of the leading media and advertising firms worldwide. They are market leaders across each of their verticals and have been highly acquisitive over the years to maximise their already impressive market share. They engaged us as they set out to build a new digital platform with a proposition targeting a new SME customer segment. This new venture has the potential to be a £500m+ business, and will leverage the client’s brand and reputation, investment in tech, deep subject-matter expertise in the regions and commitment of the Board to this new product line. Our client was looking for an interim Managing Director to define the go to market strategy and roadmap to launch prior to a permanent Director joining the team.

• Top-tier consulting background, with strong strategic skillset and structured approach 
• Experience scaling SMEs; ie. a leadership role in a VC-backed fast-growth B2B business

• 3 years of early-career experience in Strategy Consulting at McKinsey, developing a strong strategic skillset
• 3 time tech start-up Founder, including:
  
  • Founder & CEO of on-demand delivery marketplace, scaled the business through to IPO on the NYSE
  • Co-Founder of globally leading quick-commerce scale-up, leading $300m fundraise & $70m annual revenue from 0
  • Deep experience in leadership positions, scaling VC-backed startups & scale-ups, and leading on establishment & development of strategic partnerships with SME’s.
