Job requirements

Reporting to Source Global Research's Head Analyst, an industry expert with over a decade at KPMG and Atos Consulting, the candidate plays a key role in writing and editing reports that combine research integrity with engaging style, aiming to be a top writer on the management consulting industry. They conduct data analysis, uncovering insights from surveys and interviews, and lead research conversations with consulting firms and clients. Additionally, they design surveys, develop presentations for varied audiences, and contribute to diverse, bespoke projects with adaptability and excellence.

The candidate

The candidate spent over two years at Change Management Group, from Senior Consultant to Manager, leading change and transformation programs within the retail sector. Previous roles included 3 years at Accenture, with expertise in tech and process-driven transformations in telecom and retail was developed. Early career internship as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Deloitte.
