Job requirements

The Head of Commercial at Secretsales is responsible for overseeing commercial trading, marketing, and merchandising to drive profitable subscriber acquisition, maximise customer lifetime value, and optimise trading profitability. Key responsibilities include managing margin control, trading residual inventory, and ensuring effective stock levels. The role also involves overseeing the campaign schedule to meet target metrics, providing strategic guidance to the Buying team, and managing commercial planning and reporting in collaboration with Finance. Additionally, the Head of Commercial leads customer communications to enhance retention and lifetime value through email and CRM channels.
