Most of thier engagements involve an M&A element, primarily to provide commercial due diligence (CDD) for leading private equity and growth capital firms. They have an ongoing need for Freelance Managers to work on CDD projects through the year with us.

Job requirements:

CIL Freelance Managers are members of CIL's pool of trusted professionals to support CDD projects throughout the year. As Freelance Managers with CIL, candidates work on a project basis, providing leadership and expertise on CDD engagements. Once in the Freelance Manager pool, they receive project-specific details and inquiries about their availability as new projects arose.

The candidate was an experienced freelance consultant specialising in business transformation, due diligence, and strategic advisory projects. Previously, they worked with HG Capital and L.E.K. Consulting, bringing a strong foundation in private equity and management consulting. Harvard graduate.
